Our volunteers have been working tirelessly to renovate a mobile home by upgrading the bathroom to make it more modern and accessible for its new resident. Many people have difficulty getting in and out of a bathtub, so we enlisted the help of two professionals, a plumber and a tile contractor, to tear out the old bathtub and turn the space into a shower. In addition to renovating the tub area, they replaced the old toilet with a new water-saving toilet and also installed ceramic tile on the bathroom floor.

We are exceedingly grateful to the plumber, Bob Bundy, and tile contractor, Joe Nowell of Liberty Tile, for donating their expertise and many hours of hard work to this project! We would also like to thank Habitat for Humanity’s Restore and Florida Tile for the donation of the tile.

This project far exceeded our expectations. We think you will agree that this bathroom transformation is amazing!
